SprinxCRM and Google Sync explained
SprinxCRM for Google Apps synchronization implements synchronization of Google Calendar, Google Contacts and Gmail.
When you have properly synchronization set up between your Google account and your SprinxCRM user account you will benefit from the following background automatic synchronization of your information between these two accounts. This will reduce overhead, risk of failure due to incorrect or out dated information and will improve team collaboration effectiveness.
Synchronization process once set up runs every 15 minutes on background keeps your data in sync on both locations.

Google Calendar sync features
This is two directional synchronization between a user´s Google Calendar and Calendar in SprinxCRM. Essentially everything which is displayed in your Google Calendar will be synchronized to your Calendar in SprinxCRM and vice versa. Updates and changes are propagated between the two locations.
Google Contacts sync features
This is one way synchronization from SprinxCRM to your Gmail contacts. Every contact in SprinxCRM will be copied to your Google account. Contact changes in SprinxCRM will be updated to contacts in Google Apps.
Gmail emails sync features
This is one way synchronization from Gmail to SprinxCRM. The synchronization will look for emails that have email addresses (or domains) matching to SprinxCRM contacts email addresses. These emails will be copied from your Gmail into SprinxCRM and will be associated to Contacts. Emails are attached to person based on email address. If not exact match is found emails are attached to company record based on match of a domain part of email address. The emails including attachments are accessible from contact crm screen, activities tab or through search.
Known limitations and issues
We are continuously improving our Google Apps sync and we are improving our sync week to week. However You might encounter the following limitations or issues now:
- Recurrent events are not synchronized
- You need to enter your email account password, to set up sync
- Owner change of an activity (calendar event) is not propagated to Google Calendar of a new user
