To establish the relationship between SprinxCRM and QuickBooks the connection has to be created.
First of all open your SprinxCRM Online instance (no matter if you use Trial or paid version) and open Administration -> QuickBooks sync section.
Then start the synchronization process by clicking on the following link:
https://login.quickbooks.com/j/qbn/sdkapp/confirm?appid=149253449&serviceid=2004&appdata=1.
After logging in you will see this screen – click on the Continue button.

The Connection name screen will be displayed.
You can choose name of the connection or leave the default (the name will be displayed in QuickBooks connection list).
Then click Continue button again.

The Access rights screen appears.
Choose Limited access and check Customers and Sales Only option.
Then click the Continue button.

The Login security screen is displayed.
Click the No. Anyone who can run SprinxCRM is the Customer Relationship Management on this computer can use the connection option – immediately the popup window is displayed (see below).
Caution: this is the most important step during the whole setup.

Now the popup window is above your previous screen.
Click on I still want to turn off login security button in the popup window.

In the next window check properly the option No. Anyone who can run SprinxCRM is the Customer Relationship Management on this computer can use the connection is now selected.
If everything is all right, click on Create connection button.

The screen with the Connection Key is now displayed.
Copy the Connection Key and paste it into your SprinxCRM Online instance, right into the text field you´ve opened at the beginning of this process. Then click the Save button in your SprinxCRM Online instance.
If you cannot find the QuickBooks sync area in your instance, please paste the QuickBooks Connection Key in an e-mail message and send it to us. We will set the connection between your QuickBooks and SprinxCRM accounts. The Connection Key does not allow us to log-in or even manage any of these accounts of yours.
After you´ve used the Connection Key in your SprinxCRM Online, or you´ve sent it to us, click the Continue button.

The Congratulations screen is now displayed.
Just click the Finished button here.
The window will be closed and the synchronization between your QuickBooks Online and SprinxCRM Online accounts will be set.
In case you send the Connection Key to us via e-mail productsupport@sprinxcrm.com, we will inform you in a short time via e-mail the connection is set.
