- Do you use access from the right page – www.sprinxcrm.com and after singing in menu My page, Online Version and here Web Access button?
- Does the login dialog display correctly? ... Check your internet connection,
verify your firewall and web browser settings: restricted sites, javascript.
- Does it say "Can't login in .... " Do you have a correct user name and
password? ..... check your inbox or notes or contact your CRM administrator
to give you your login credentials.
- Do you have a correct user name but it still says "can't login?" .... go to
"forgott password", enter your CORRECT email address .. the CRM will send you
your access credentials to the email address.
- Did the email not arrive? ... check your spam filter and junk email folder, or
make sure you have entered correct email address.
- I have tried all above and I have received email with access credentials, but I still can't login. .... send us a ticket for a support with a
registration email, your SprinxCRM url and your user name having troubles.
- Are you added in CRM without registration on www.sprinxcrm.com by a CRM administrator? Please contact your CRM administrator to check the URL and credentials.
