Let´s suggest your preferred browser is Google Chrome. For Mozilla Firefox the
method would be nearly the same.
Method
1 - online version of SprinxCRM
- Open the SprinxCRM in Internet Explorer.
- Copy the whole URL from the address bar.
- Start Google Chrome.
- Paste the copied URL into the address bar of Google Chrome and press Enter.
- Save bookmark.
- Next time start Google Chrome first and open SprinxCRM from the bookmark.
Method 2 - downloaded version of
SprinxCRM
- Right-click the SprinxCRM icon on your desktop.
- Select Properties.
- Change Target on tab shortcut from Internet Explorer to
Google Chrome. You must enter the whole path to file
chrome.exe. There is an important parameter in target field,
don´t delete it.
- Click OK.
- Double click the SprinxCRM icon. Now the SprinxCRM will open in Google
Chrome.
