How to set Sprinx CRM universal sync

For setting your universal sync go to menu My CRM/Universal sync.

  1. If you aren´t in role System administrator, you can manage only your data synchronization. You will see window as below. Here you can start data synchronisation from your domain in Google Apps with SprinxCRM simply by clicking on Activate button.

    When synchronization is activated, you can use other buttons: Synchronize for immediate synchronization without waiting for 15 minutes interval set in CRM, Deactivate button to stop synchronization completely.

     





    Second button – Add – is for synchronization another Google account with your SprinxCRM.

     


    You just fill in user name and password to this account and click on Save button.

     

    You will see this Gmail account added immediately.

     

     

    Now you can start synchronization this Google account with SprinxCRM by clicking on the row to select it and then clicking on the button Synchronize now.

     

  3. If you are in role System administrator, you can manage other users’ synchronization simply by clicking on small buttons in Actions column. You can see states On/Off of other users’ synchronization in column State.

 

 

Other actions are the same as described in paragraph 1.
