Error when sending an email

You can experience these error while trying to send an email using SprinxCRM. You probably won't have access to following settings, so you should forward this article to your IT support.

 

To solve your problem, please follow next few steps:
1. Please make sure, you (or user) have access to smtp server.
2. Check the avalaibility and settings of your smtp server, also connetion to it.
3. Check infrastucture of your network.
4. Check the SprinxCRM settings for smtp server in this articel.
5. If none of these helps send us a copy of your error or describe the steps you make before experiencing the error. Emails send to productsupport@sprinx.com. It would help us a lot when solving your problem.
