Activity type Forward message serves for reporting a phone call, when
the recepient isn't avalaible. There will appear a record about the
Phone call in his Calendar and email Inbox.
There is a little difference in the case of SprinxCRM online - this
version is for free and you can't change email adresses of Users. So the
record appears only in user's Calendar. To forward message corectly to
someone make sure, you change the default set user CRM Admin to
XXX_User1-5.
If you don't choose any user but CRM Admin, the record can't be seen
in user's Calendar till someone searches for it. See the screenshot.
